Cincinnati WITcon 2021 – Get Wit IT
The Cincinnati WITcon hosted by Get Wit IT – Cincinnati Chapter is an annual conference dedicated to women in Information Technology. In July of 2021, Nahamani was asked to speak to aspiring entrepreneurs in the information technology space. Her session “You’re the CEO of Your Personal Brand” ignited the audience to take their personal and professional branding seriously and was touted as “The best breakout session” of the day-long event.
According to Nahamani, women are often seen as more passive in their branding. “We let our circumstances brand us. For example, someone may be seen by their peers as “a soccer mom”. As of today we are no longer allowing people to put us in boxes!” stated Nahamani when asked about the event. Nahamani is on a mission to help women (and other disenfranchised groups) break out of the box and define their personal brand for themselves.
Building A Resilient Brand Through Stakeholder Engagement
This presentation was given to The Experts Lounge. The Expert’s Lounge is a private branding & marketing Facebook group that offers tips for women entrepreneurs. The group, founded by Shade Y Adu, has over 8,000 members.
“During quarantine I wanted to bring a message of resiliency reminding women entrepreneurs that the past months do not define us.” said Yisrael. Nahamani encouraged the women in attendance to get revved up about building a brand that is built upon achieving greatness.

Central State University Extension’s Community & Economic Development (CED) team hosts Office Hour Live!, where Nahamani Yisrael was invited to discuss stakeholder engagement in an actionable way.
